Every now and then we’re approached to design an idea that has the potential to radically change an industry. This was one of those projects. Linggo is an app and platform that teaches people without a voice how to communicate. Using machine learning and evidence-based techniques, Linggo helps people with Aphasia, Autism, and Stroke patients how to talk (again). We helped the leadership team establish strategic positioning, key brand pillars, and lexicon creation before applying a new brand toolkit and iconography to templates and core communication collateral.
Linggo takes the world’s best communication techniques and scales them into digital Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools. The digital-first solution crosses siloed medical conditions, removes barriers of accessibility and bridges remote locations with service providers. Our collaboration helped redirect the B2B organizations, sales offerings, and the supporting educational materials.
